    Alan spent over 35 years in the insolvency profession, advising owners and managers of businesses with financial problems and dealing with insolvent individuals and businesses. Having sold his practice in January 2014, he now spends his time finding finance for SMEs and acting as a coach to business owners.

    Emma Speirs of Ballyhoo PR

    Emma Speirs – Ballyhoo PR

    Emma is Director of Corby-based public relations agency Ballyhoo PR. Prior to setting up Ballyhoo PR, Emma worked in a number of PR and B2B magazine editor roles for 12 years. Her passion lies in helping small to medium sized businesses to share their stories and shout about their products, services and achievements.

    Lisa Cessford of Farsight HR

    Lisa Cessford – Farsight HR

    Lisa set up Farsight HR in 2009 to work with small to medium-sized companies. Lisa is passionate about HR and believes it is about far more than quoting employment legislation and informing companies of the cost of getting it wrong. She believes HR is about adding value to a company through getting the most out of their greatest asset – their people!
